What Is The Best Heat Exchanger Insulation?

Insulating Heat Exchangers Is Not Always Easy. But it Can Be!

Synavax™ Coatings Fit Any Equipment Shape Like a Glove

Read on for a remarkable and innovative way to save energy, lower surfaces to safe touch, and prevent corrosion on heat exchangers.

What is the Best Way to Insulate Your Heat Exchanger?

We may be biased, but we think you will see that our results speak for themselves. Synavax™ Heat Shield™ products are powerful, built to last in factory environments, and easily sprayed on to any size or shape of equipment.

Need heavy duty protection? Heat Shield™ EPX-H2O is tough and insulates from 400F/204C all the way down to safe touch.

Have a tight space with no place for thick insulation? No problem! Heat Shield™ High Heat is a smooth 1-part coating that squeezes into any tight area and provide significant performance in a thin-film solution.

Synavax™ products can help you expertly and simply insulate your heat exchangers!

Our innovative energy saving and asset protection coatings help Facility Managers overcome the challenges of insulating odd configurations and equipment in hot, moisture-laden environments. These nano-engineered coatings provide spectacular results, simply! If you are trying to protect your heat exchangers from corrosion and want to save energy and boost your profits, we have the best solution!

We are not the only ones who think so… See what our  global customers have to say!

The Bandvulc Group Finds a Better Solution

Easy Insulation for a Plate Heat Exchanger

Bandvulc Tyres in the UK saved energy and lowered exterior surface temperature. They found the application of Heat Shield™ Heat Heat for heat exchanger insulation easy and effective.

“Bandvulc Tyres Ltd. applied Heat Shield™ High Heat to the exterior of a heat exchanger plate. The first coat was applied thinly… then more coats were applied up until the 8th coat. The result now shows a temperature difference of roughly 30 degrees C (86 degrees F). “

-Calum Williams, Bandvulc Tyres, Ltd

Their heat savings difference was an impressive 24.6%!
