High Performance Protective Thermal Insulation & Corrosion Prevention Coating

Patented Technology

A nanotechnology-based insulation and corrosion prevention coating that is designed for metal substrates up to 400F (204C). It bonds with the surface of the metal to prevent corrosion and CUI. It will provide you with long-term performance and durability resulting in lower maintenance costs, a longer asset life and reduced asset turnover. This industrial insulation is used for steam pipe insulation, boiler insulation, heat exchanger insulation, high temperature insulation, and more. If you are tasked with saving energy, preventing corrosion and CUI, and reducing carbon emissions, this is your powerful sustainable solution. It’s simple, and can be applied while equipment is in service through a misting spray application over the surface at above 212F (100C).
